Anderson Creek Campground Tuckkwiowhum Native Village Fraser Canyon BC Anderson Creek Campground Tuckkwiowhum Native Village Fraser Canyon BC Tuckkwiowhum has its own kind of pool, in the Anderson River, of course the river does have a little current with many large "pools" of water available for swimming in. Because of the areas with current swimming in the Anderson isn't for anyone, however there is many nice areas to sit at the edge dangling your feet in the water on one of those HOT canyon days. Visitors are warned not to swim in the Fraser of course anywhere in or near the Fraser Canyon because of the fierce currents that are not swimmable. Also take advantage of the beautiful sandy beaches that stretch up and down both sides of the river. The beach areas area large enough to play sports, Frisbee, walk your dogs and more. This beautiful area is also host to many other great activities including fishing, wildlife and Nature viewing, body surfing, sun tanning bird watching railway viewing, picnicking photography, too many things to list.
