Hope & District Recreation Center

Hope and District Recreation and Fitness Center The Hope and District Recreation Center is home a large pool, with a children's fun pool and a whirl pool play park, hot tubs, sauna and steam room, gym and cardio room, an Ice Rink, Curling Rink Baseball, Soccer and Football Fields, and a outdoor skate-board and bike park. Facilities are available for rent outside of public hours, and make a great venue for group events. They also make a great place to take the family during one of those hot summer canyon days, The Recreation center is open year round.

public HOT SPRINGS

Located in downtown Harrison you can visit the pubic hot pool, rich with natural minerals and properties known to be mother natures self healing miracle. Piped directly from the source at a blistering 74° C / 165° F the water is then cooled to 38° C / 100° F . For a small fee you can soak in this naturally heated pool and rejuvenate. The public hot spring is open daily 9am - 9pm call 1(604)796-2244 for more information.

Almer Carlson Pool

Almer Carlson Pool in North Bend BC is a seasonal outdoor pool great for summer cool downs in the Hot Summer Canyon Days. They also provide great swimming lessons programs and evening aqua-fit programs, through out the summer the pool is host to great events for children of all ages, such as day camps, and day trips, camping trips, rafting trips and more! Almer Carlson Pool also is host to adult activities like adult and senior swim times. Soda, and small snacks are available. Located on a park like setting with beach volley ball, bike racks and picnic areas.
