Jones Lake Reservoir is situated in the Skagit Range of the Cascade Mountains and offers spectacular glacier views. The Recreation Area is located 42 km east of Chilliwack. From Highway 1, take the Jones Lake exit, No. 153, and follow Laidlaw Road to the Jones Lake Forest Service Road. Follow the posted signs along this steep, gravel logging road for another 9 kilometers to reach the recreation area. Road conditions may be poor, even during the summer. The road is an active logging road with steep, rough sections, designed for 4x4 vehicles with high clearance. Access for small cars, RVs and trailers is not recommended.
